Uncle Buck

So far, yet so close. First thing in the morning, didn't even leave the garage yet. There's a buck across the fields, so I tried it. Right at his front feet and made him jump. If I had known it was only 400ish yards I guess I would have aimed a little higher. Other than a few doe, that's all we saw for the day. It was nice spending time with Jordan even if it was a little chilly up in that tree stand.

Tom Turkey

Took Jordan out. Thanks for the homemade call, Ken. We saw one, but the neighbor who was squatting on the property line fell asleep and it walked right around him. That was enough for us.

Took Jordan hunting for the first time. He actually got a to shoot at a buck before I did! He was on a dead run, we both missed. No luck for Grandpa either.
