RIP, Sensei Scott Wilcox

The world lost a great man and the boys lost a hero today. Words cannot properly sum up what this man has meant to our family. You will always be with us. Rest in peace.

We Got Crabs

Went in on a couple bushels of crabs with the Hatton's. Totally worth it. Completely stuffed and marginally drunk for the win.

Cruising

Went on a back road trip with the Kaufmanns for a wee bit of wine tasting and ended up at Grottos for dinner. Great time. We're going to have to hit the Wine Trail here soon.

Hazel

It's official, we got a puppy. Hazel is an eight week old golden retriever. The boys went bananas. Welcome to the family, Hazy.

Bowling

Met up with the Kaufmann's for dinner and took the kids bowling then to Mickey D's playground for a bit. It was a good time and something we should do more often.

Treasure Chest

Pipa had a surprise for the boys tonight. He made them toy chests from the cherry tree that fell down across the street. Good work, Pipa.

Camo

We just camo'd the a wall in each of the boys' rooms tonight. Looks pretty badass.

Poor Puppy

Kala died. She was only ten, but deteriorated quickly. We'll miss you.

Lotsoftails I/II

Well, that fish didn't last long - not even a week. After Lotsoftails I died, we replaced him with another without the boys knowing. They did notice he looked a little different but weren't all that upset anyway when he died. Our plan was all for naught. No more fish for a while.

Bowling

Took the boys bowling tonight and met up with Justin, Cricket and Landen. It was really fun and we're looking forward to doing it again.

Lamb Family Reunion

This year it was at the family's old property, Lamb's Creek [map]. Going over it's history and changes, taking our own little tours, and hanging out with the old folks - good time. Man-oh-man, Uncle Rod reminds me of Skeet. Wow.
