Championship Game

C Team lost 12-32 to Canton. They ended up 7-0 in regular season play, 1st in their division, 2nd overall. Awesome season!

6th Grade Game

East won 7-6. Awesome week for the boys making new friends and playing with rivals on the same side. Good times. Also, my last time officially coaching Jordan. Bittersweet.

Bronze Hemlet

Both boys' teams beat Towanda this year and brought home the Bronze Helmet! Jordan is getting ready for the 6th Grade Game, ending the season 3-4 in 3rd place and Jesse is getting ready for the Championship Game ending the season undefeated at 7-0 in 1st place! Way to go Little Rams!

Karate Kids

Just got home from the tournament in Wilkes-Barre. Jesse was a solid 4th in sparring; it sucks to have to fight the Sensei's daughter for 3rd but that's how it goes, bud. Jordan took 3rd in sparring and 1st in breaking. Several other kids placed as well making it a good day for The Edge Martial Arts.

Tournament in Bellefonte today. Jordan took 2nd in sparring and 2nd breaking. Jess was close to placing but no luck yet. Overall, a good experience for the kids.

Bronze Hemlet

We did it! We beat Towanda on their own field and brought home the Bronze Helmet to Wyalusing! We didn't just beat them, we dominated them, 19-0. I'm so proud of this team ending the season the way we did with a record of 4-3. Shout out to Jordan who was our starting quarterback and had another pick this game at safety as well. I know it meant a lot to him, and to his team, and to us all. Excellent job boys!

Karate Kids

The boys just finished their first Karate tournament in Scranton. It was a great experience for them and both of their katas were awesome.

Play Ball

Both of the boys started ball practice tonight and we just got the game schedules. It's going to be a hectic season, that's for sure.

Hockey

Went to the Hamilton Bulldogs at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins match-up and couldn't have asked for a better game. We had a penalty shot, a fight, 3 t-shirts, were on the jumbo screen for a quick second and they won 5-1. Thanks for the night out, Mike and Melissa.

Karate Kids

They boys got to each take a friend up to class tonight while the parents were told to leave for a couple hours. No need to tell us twice, so went out and had a nice dinner with the Hunsingers. It goes without saying, all the parents were pushing for this to be a monthly thing.

Proud Parents

Jordan had a helluva good day. He was recognized for the 100 Club today at school and tonight he earned the Warrior Belt in Karate class. We're very proud of you, buddy, way to go.

Took the boys up to the Towanda festival this afternoon as the karate classes were having an exhibition of sorts. It was neat to watch, especially since Jordan got to break a couple boards! Bonsai!

Blue White Game

What can I say that you wouldn't already know. Jordan was on cloud nine the whole time. Jesse had a great time too. More than happy we were there with the Hattons. We'll definitely need to hit a real game this season.
